Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to subscription and top-up purchases made in Audify through our payment provider.

2. Credit top-ups

Successfully credited top-ups are considered immediate digital consumption and are generally non-refundable.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel renewal anytime. Cancellation prevents future charges and does not automatically reverse processed charges.

4. Eligible cases

We may review verifiable situations such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or credits not being granted.

5. Requests

For review, contact support with account email, purchase date, and transaction ID.
